We have just purchased a new home (well new to us the place is about 60 years old) – and had a bunch of people over for the AFC Championships on Sunday.
Our mainline backed up due to a clog. Needless to say I was not happy. We called All Star on Monday morning and within an hour they were at our door to fix the problem.
After the initial view Jeremy realized that this was a bigger job than just a snake. After speaking to Ryan, the owner, we were able to get all the work done to install a clean out that afternoon. I was very pleased with the work and the availability of getting in on a moments notice.
These guys were super professional and very cordial. If anything else happens to our pipes – All Star will be our first call.
I cannot emphasize enough how happy we are with the work that was preformed.
It is difficult to find people who will explain everything in lay terms and make sure that we were happy with the results.
